En nuestra época lo que refleja con más realismo la vida de las personas, sus alegrías y sus tristezas, sus sentimientos y su modo de actuar es el arte del cine. En el marco del proyecto "Los Días de Rusia en los países de América Latina" se celebrará un festival en el que se proyectarán películas, dibujos animados y documentales de largometraje rusos. El objetivo del festival es mostrar a los compatriotas que residen en el extranjero una Rusia moderna, renovada, transportarles mentalmente a su país natal, y también dar a conocer la cultura rusa a los habitantes de otros países. Durante el primer día del festival cinematográfico se celebrará una inauguración solemne, donde los espectadores podrán entrevistarse con los directores de las películas y los actores que participan en ellas.
